We have hit a snag!

As you know I was wanting to do a theme in which the windows were on top of a image.

However it appears that there is no theme engine out right now that can do anything like that. However, that does not mean we should give up. I would like us to create our own engine to meet this need. That means I am going to need people who are willing to design, code, and compile an entirely new theme engine. But before we even start to design, we are going to need to set some goals. I suggest that we all meet in an IRC chat room on Furnet. For the date and time I suggest Tuesday -Tomorrow- (March 24th, 2007) at 12pm EST/5pm UTC. The chat room will be fur-dev
